On a high floor overlooking Chicago and Lake Michigan, this 5200-square foot condo is a study in color and light. The South-facing breakfast room, with its stunning views originally wasted as a butler’s pantry, is now a look for a client to sit in the sun and enjoy breakfast overlooking the city and lake beyond. The condo’s high perch makes natural light abundant, and the use of rich color makes the most of this, grounding the rooms during the day and creating more intimate and cozy spaces at night.
